Apparently (I read a lot of reviews before buying it) this happened to a couple other people. I can only play songs that the game came with but not the songs I added to the playlist. I synced it but it did not show up on my iPod.

not at this moment you are not able to sync your computer to the tmoblie G1but rememberr that you are able to use third party software.
